Our Team Building program will be facilitated through experiential
process whereby participants will discover and develop the skills needed to
unlock the potential that exist within themselves. Key issues on leadership and working in team
will also be explored. All indoor and outdoor experiential
activities will be included which will require active participation from
participants and for them to incorporate their personal skills and self-
motivation after they finished the team building. Team building is very useful for
the staffs to develop their self-esteem, improve their quality of work and
bridge the sense of togetherness among the staffs
