Course Overview

Objectives: 
  • To understand the importance of Personal Enhancement & Fostering Team Spirit. 
  • To be aware of requirements of skills in managing self and others. 
  • To understand and overcome the common challenges faced in the working environment via simulation activities. 
  • To provide a clear perspective of why continuous improvement in managing oneself is essential and how to achieve it. 
  • To ensure optimum practically in management is achieved and sustained.
  • To learn new skills and use them effectively and efficiently. 
All indoor and outdoor experiential activities will be included which will require active participation from participants and for them to incorporate their personal skills and self- motivation after they finished the team building. Team building is very useful for the staffs to develop their self-esteem, improve their quality of work and bridge the sense of togetherness among the staffs.

Method used in this program is through experience (experiential learning) developed in the forms of:
-          Simulation(role playing)
-          Reflection
-          Brainstorming
-          Games & Activities
